Wow..I seriously need to lose weight. For the past few days, every channel I turn to on the Discover Channel Healthy Living something and Style network, its been nothing but lose weight lose weight. Seriously...there was like so many health and losing weight tips. And I suspect, its because of the THE BIGGEST LOSER show. Seriously, its like Survivor and Boot Camp all joined together. Just caught a few eps the other day, and it eally changed my perspective.
But 0f course, while they do it for the benefit of ones health, I'm planning to lose mine for the sake of beauty =.= sounds so bimbo when I say it...hiaz....
So for the next few months, you will see your dear Ras, doing these weird things to lose weight:
1) Drinking excessively (its water not liquor..so put down that bottle!)
2) Eating with my left hand (suppose to make you eat slower)
3)Go for more evening jogs
4)Get my gym membership after my SIP ^^
5)Take up dance lessons with friends
6) Learning Driving(I'm changing to maunal so yeah...gonna develop muscles from all the clutches)
